<li>Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to hospice patients in various settings.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.</li>
<li>Administer medications and manage symptom control effectively.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families about end-of-life care options and resources.</li>
<li>Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to patient and family needs, ensuring comfort and dignity.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotations to provide support as needed.</li>

<li>Current RN license in the state of Georgia.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.</li>
<li>Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of hospice regulations and standards of care.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work on-call hours as needed.</li>
