</div><div>We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-energy casual dining restaurant. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers a welcoming, consistent guest experience.<br><br>
</div><div>This position offers a competitive base salary plus the opportunity to work approximately three tipped shifts per week, allowing you to stay connected to the guest experience while increasing your earning potential.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency</li>
<li>Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team</li>
<li>Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor and service levels</li>
<li>Drive sales through local marketing, events, and community engagement</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner</li>
<li>Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls (food, beverage, and labor)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies</li>
<li>Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with high accountability</li>

<strong>Floor Leadership & Tipped Shifts<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Work approximately 3 shifts per week in a tipped role (server or bartender)</li>
<li>Lead from the floor during peak hours—setting the tone for service and energy</li>
<li>Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and build repeat business</li>
<li>Support the team in real time to ensure smooth, efficient service</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant (GM or AGM preferred)</li>
<li>Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs effectively</li>
<li>Excellent communication and team development skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed</li>
