<strong>Prep Cook (Bulk Production) – Full-Time</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Multi-Unit Support (Serving 5 Dive Bar & Grille Locations)<br><br><strong>Pay:</strong> $16–$18/hour (based on experience)<br><br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, flexible shifts (early mornings, days, some weekends)<br><br><strong>Position Overview: </strong>We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to support bulk food production for multiple Dive Bar & Grille locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in consistency, and can handle high-volume prep while maintaining quality and organization. You’ll play a key role in keeping all locations stocked with fresh, properly prepared ingredients.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br><strong>Bulk Prep & Production</strong><ul>
<li>Prepare large batches of ingredients (proteins, sauces, vegetables, etc.) for 5 locations</li>
<li>Follow standardized recipes and portioning guidelines</li>
<li>Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all locations</li>
</ul>
<strong>Kitchen Operations</strong><ul>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep area</li>
<li>Label, date, and properly store all prepped items</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages</li>
</ul>
<strong>Food Safety & Compliance</strong><ul>
<li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards</li>
<li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation (FIFO) of all products</li>
</ul>
<strong>Team Support</strong><ul>
<li>Work closely with kitchen managers and leadership to meet production needs</li>
<li>Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries as needed</li>
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications</strong><ul>
<li>Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)</li>
<li>Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques</li>
<li>Ability to follow recipes and prep lists with accuracy</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently</li>
<li>Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
</ul>
