Candidates for the Founder’s Office will collaborate closely with the senior management on diverse projects, spanning from improving the existing processes or collaborating on new initiatives. This role is versatile, offering exposure to various functions within Ditto. Depending on the needs, you may engage in numerous cross-functional projects or focus on a single function exclusively. If you thrive on tackling complex challenges and are eager to dive into the heart of Ditto's most pressing issues, this role is tailored for you. What are we looking for? 1-2 years of experience in execution or generalist roles (Freshers are welcome to apply) A generalist with a can-do attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. Strong managerial and analytical skills (Should have hands on experience of working on Excel) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
