Our mission is to make insurance easy, delightful, and accessible to everyone. We are currently looking for a Junior Associate to join our Talent Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Management function, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. You will work closely with the People team to ensure that Ditto is attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Responsibilities: - Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews - Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives - Participate in the performance management process, including goal-setting, feedback, and reviews - Provide administrative support to the People team as needed Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in a Talent Management or HR role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems - Passion for building a great employee experience - Alignment with Ditto's core values: Ownership, Simplicity, and Empathy
