What's the Partnership team at Ditto?


Candidates for the role of Partnership Lead will lead and collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities. He/ she will identify fintech/ other potential partners, manage accounts of existing partners and collaborate/ nurture new partnerships that can script the next stage of growth for Ditto.


This role is versatile, offering exposure to various functions within Ditto. Depending on the needs, you may engage in numerous cross-functional projects.

If you thrive on tackling complex challenges and are eager to contribute to the growth of the organization through tactical collaboration, this role is tailored for you. Moreover, it's an excellent fit for individuals who would like to explore the workings of a startup with a focus on doing things the right way.


What will you be working on?


  • Creating customized propositions for new collaborations
  • Nurture & manage existing partners
  • Monitor performance of each partners
  • Creating plans to improve key growth metrics

Our Interview Process:


We would like to help you minimize your time and effort. There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2 weeks time.

  4. Founders round
