About the role

As a Junior Associate - Talent Management, you will be responsible for supporting our growing talent management team. Your primary focus will be on assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, managing employee data and records, and providing administrative support to the talent management function. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to talent development initiatives and support our performance management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews - Onboard new hires and manage employee data and records - Support talent development initiatives, such as training and learning programs - Contribute to performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback - Provide general administrative support to the talent management team Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in a talent management or HR-related role - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using HR software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for supporting the growth and development of people
