About the role
We are looking for an Insurance Advisory professional who can work in a remote setup and assist our customers across the country in both English and Telugu languages. The key responsibilities would include:
- Understand customer's insurance requirements and provide them with the best solutions
- Educate customers on various insurance products and guide them through the purchase process
- Provide after-sales support to customers and address their queries/concerns
- Continuously learn about new insurance products and regulations to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain excellent customer relationship and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet/exceed the defined targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance advisory or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive and customer-centric approach
- Good understanding of insurance products and regulations
