We are looking for an experienced Insurance Advisory professional to join our team. As an Insurance Advisory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients on their insurance needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance products and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized insurance advisory services to clients - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Assist clients with policy management, claims, and renewals - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer-facing role - Strong communication skills in English and Telugu, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices - Proficient in using technology and insurance-related software
