Founder's Office - Term Ops

Candidates for the Founder’s Office will collaborate closely with one of the founders on diverse projects, spanning from enhancing operational efficiency to establishing new processes or enhancing customer experience for Ditto’s users. This role is versatile, offering exposure to various functions within Ditto. The current role focuses on the Term Insurance Operations function. What are we looking for? 2-3 years of experience in program management or Operational roles Ability to solve process related issues through planning & structure A generalist with a can-do attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. Strong managerial and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership Prior entrepreneurial experience is preferred but not required Perks Comprehensive Health Insurance Compensation as per industry standards Our Interview Process: We would like to help you minimise your time and effort.
