We help people buy insurance. We explain health and life insurance in a language users understand. We curate and offer personalized recommendations. Who's backing us? We are funded by Zerodha- India's largest stockbroker. Roles and Responsibilities: Call monitoring and provide actionable insight to improve current processes. Assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes. Gather information to help improve advisor performance. Provide feedback on the quality of advisor's recommendation. Develop customer support quality standards. Experience and Skills: Experience of 0 - 3 years. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong sense of ownership and leadership quality. Excellent listening and analytical skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
