What do we do at Ditto?
At Ditto, we're not just changing the game; we're creating a whole new playbook for insurance marketing in India
And in a bid to do that, Ditto has steered clear from the traditional ways of marketing insurance. We have grown through a heavy focus on educational content, seamless influencer & brand integrations, and word-of-mouth marketing.
We’re now looking for a brand marketing executive who will drive the next stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of strategy, content & relationship building. As a brand marketer, you’ll be tasked with generating the highest quality demand for Ditto through multiple platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube etc) & ensuring our brand objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
Creating, scheduling, and managing social media posts across multiple platforms
Researching partners and reaching out to establish interest
Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports
Drafting marketing materials such as marketing briefs, Invoices, and emails
Conducting market research & competitor analysis to understand market trends
Supporting the project marketing manager in executing marketing tasks
Building strategy plans and forecasts in line with business objectives
Qualifications:
A marketing or business degree or equivalent recognized marketing qualification
1-2 years of relevant brand marketing experience
Excellent written and spoken English and proof-reading skills
Commitment to standards of excellence with attention to detail
Knowledge of the customer journey, acquisition process and digital marketing channels
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and work to tight deadlines
Is a team player with excellent time management skills
