Job Description
Leadtech is hiring District Survey Coordinators to manage large-scale field surveys across assigned districts. Based on project requirements, one coordinator may oversee 2–3 districts. The role involves supervising survey teams, monitoring field operations, ensuring data quality, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting to the central project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage survey operations across assigned district(s).
- Supervise and monitor field investigators.
- Conduct field visits, spot checks, and quality audits.
- Ensure timely completion of survey targets.
- Coordinate with local administration and stakeholders.
- Submit daily progress reports and resolve field issues.
- Ensure compliance with survey protocols and data quality standards.
Experience
3–5 years in field surveys, research, M&E, political consulting, or field operations.
Experience managing large survey teams is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong field coordination and team management.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile data collection applications.
Ability to work independently under strict timelines.
Mandatory Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to manage 2–3 districts, if required.
Personal laptop, smartphone, and valid driving licence.
Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred.
