Role Description
The District Sales Manager for Spice Money will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in the Barwani area. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing a team of field sales representatives, establishing and maintaining relationships with Spice Money Adhikaris, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities. The role requires monitoring market trends, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring the adoption and promotion of Spice Money solutions in the district to increase financial inclusion. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our network of Adhikaris and enhance their ability to serve rural customers.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including creating and achieving sales targets and developing market strategies.
- Proficiency in relationship management, team leadership, and motivating field sales teams.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, tracking performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry, rural development initiatives, and digital financial services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and Adhikaris.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while managing a diverse network of team members and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Prior experience handling sales in rural regions or working with technology-driven solutions is highly desirable.
