Trickle Up India Foundation (TUIF) is looking for a dynamic District Resource Person (DRP) to lead implementation, build local capacities, and drive our mission under the CG-SAY initiative in Jashpur, Chhattisgarh.
π About Trickle Up India Foundation (TUIF)
TUIF is a nationally registered non-profit organization that partners with women experiencing extreme deprivation to build economic opportunities and drive social inclusion. In collaboration with governments and local NGOs, we reach underserved women in remote rural areas, enabling them to forge resilient pathways out of poverty. Since 2013, our Graduation Approach programs have fostered self-reliance, sustainable livelihoods, and generational ripple effects.
π― Position Overview
Based at the district level within the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) of Chhattisgarh, you will work closely with the PMU Lead, SPMU, DMMU, and block-level implementation staff to ensure seamless program operations.
π Roles & Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Guide program implementation and assist the Bihan-CGSRLM district team.
- Technical Support: Build the capacities of the district/block implementation teams, community coaches, cadres, and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
- Monitoring & Review: Jointly develop and execute a robust project monitoring mechanism.
- Assessments: Conduct critical pre-and-post training assessments.
- Collaboration: Provide periodic feedback and assessment reports to thematic leads and coordinate with Bihan-CGSRLM teams.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Execute program-related tasks as assigned by the PMU Lead.
π Academic Qualifications
- Masterβs Degree in Agriculture, Public Policy, Economics, Rural Development, Environment, Climate Change, or Sustainability.
πΌ Professional Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in rural livelihoods, enterprise promotion, skill development, or financial inclusion.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale livelihood programs at the district or state level.
- Deep knowledge of government livelihood schemes and public-private partnerships.
- Hands-on experience in training field teams, SHGs, and community organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills (engaging with government officials, NGOs, and funding agencies).
- Preferred: Experience with the Graduation Approach and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA).
