We Are Hiring: District Manager (Civil)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✓Oversee and manage construction activities across assigned districts.
✓Supervise site engineers, contractors, and site workers.
✓Ensure projects are completed on time and as per quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress.
✓Coordinate with management, clients, and project teams.
✓Ensure proper use of materials and resources at project sites.
✓Maintain safety standards and resolve site-related issues.
✓Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Requirements:
✓Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil.
✓Experience:
More than 3–5 years in construction, site management, or a related field.
✓Strong leadership and team management skills.
✓Good communication and coordination abilities.
✓Ability to manage multiple project sites within the district.
✓
Willingness to travel for site inspections.
✓
Must have two wheeler licence .
