Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area. The District Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include overseeing the team of sales representatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and analyzing market data to improve strategies. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in team leadership, performance management, and mentoring sales representatives to achieve their targets.
- Strong skills in sales strategy development, market trend analysis, and identifying business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals and team members.
- Competence in report generation, data analysis, and presenting actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for sales tracking and reporting.
