Role Description The District Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Khurda, responsible for overseeing academy operations and outreach within the assigned district. The role involves coordinating local training programs and events, liaising with schools, clubs, and community organizations, and supporting enrollment and engagement activities. The District Coordinator will manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure effective communication between coaches, staff, parents, and trainees. This role also includes monitoring program quality, collecting feedback, and reporting district performance to academy leadership. The District Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, talent identification, and logistics for camps, tournaments, and workshops.
Qualifications
- Strong coordination and administrative skills, including planning, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, coaches, and partner institutions.
- Experience in event management or program operations, preferably in sports, education, or youth development.
- Ability to build and maintain community relationships and support outreach and promotional activities.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Knowledge of sports training environments and interest in multi-sport development is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to dynamic schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a coordination or supervisory role at an academy, school, or sports organization is an advantage.
