Role Description
We are seeking a District Consultant for a full-time, hybrid role based in Jhalawar, with flexibility for occasional remote work. In this role, you will work closely with local stakeholders, including government representatives, community leaders, and partners, to implement Wadhwani AI’s programs. Responsibilities will include coordinating field activities, ensuring effective deployment of AI-driven solutions, collecting field data, monitoring performance, and reporting on program impact. You will serve as the main point of contact between the organization and the district, ensuring streamlined communication and successful program execution.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in data collection and analysis, with knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate field activities, and handle logistics in rural or semi-urban settings.
- Familiarity with AI solutions and technologies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely and efficient program implementation.
- Passion for social impact and working on projects in education, health, or agriculture.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local dialects in Rajasthan is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
