Job Description

Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Channel Sales strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Channel Sales field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's Channel Sales strategy.

Records metrics through the sales cycle, drafts sales forecasts, and assists in channel pipeline management.

Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Channel Sales, under direct supervision.

Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for Channel Sales.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

This job is salaried.

Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
