Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Distribution Specialist located in Palladam, with flexibility for some remote work. The Distribution Specialist will manage distribution processes, oversee inventory control, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also entails supporting sales efforts by coordinating product delivery schedules and maintaining smooth operations in logistics and distribution.
Qualifications
- Experience in Distribution and Inventory Control to ensure efficient stock management and supply chain operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and maintain customer relationships
- Background in Sales to collaborate effectively with sales teams for order processing and delivery coordination
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for inventory and logistics management
