Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role, for a Distribution Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with channel partners, developing and executing business plans, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities will include identifying new distribution opportunities, creating and executing channel sales strategies, and managing client accounts to ensure alignment with company goals. The role will require coordination with internal teams for seamless client servicing and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain productive relationships with key clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and working with Channel Partners to meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
- Knowledge of Channel Sales strategies and ability to implement effective sales solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality or OS&E industry is advantageous.
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kerala, and Lucknow
