Channel & Distribution Management

  • Identification of New Sourcing Model/ Market for scale up & penetration
  • Channel Partners Recruitment, activation & productivity drive
  • Drive channel engagement at Pan India / zonal level for maximizing Retail Secured wallet share
  • Have regular reviews with channels on various business parameters such IRR, Cross sell, Bounce ratios, RCU etc.
  • Drive empanelment of new channel partners to boost business
  • Actively engage with Sales Team to execute distribution channel linked initiatives.
  • Design and execute channel level commercials and incentives to drive business

Drive Productivity

  • Drive optimal Tier wise productivity to maximize impact and business
  • Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions and get same executed on field
  • Drive the productivity of bottom quartile Sales Team along with help of training and Sales leadership team
  • Existing Channel penetration drive APF Penetration drive
  • Drive higher channel activation & Productivity of existing/new channel amongst channels already empaneled with

New Growth Engines, New Initiatives and Ease of Business

  • Scope new initiatives and projects for business growth & drive the same with relevant teams
  • Identifying bottleneck/support areas in discussion with Sales team

Market Intelligence & Distribution Automation

  • Competition Benchmarking: Build the intelligence to track Industry performance on Productivity & other key metrics
  • Identifying current market practices followed by competitors and adopt the best practices suited to ABFL
  • Drive adoption of new portals with the Sales Team
  • Post Sales: Distributor Portal, Employee Portal
