Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distributed Control System (DCS) Shift In-Charge, located in Aswaraopeta. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the operation and optimization of the Distributed Control System, ensuring smooth functionality of automated processes, and maintaining adherence to operational safety and efficiency standards. The role also involves analyzing system performance, troubleshooting, coordinating with engineering teams, and training staff to ensure production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering and operation of SCADA systems
- Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring system performance and optimizing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational data analysis and reporting
- Experience in staff management and Training capabilities to guide and support team members
- Attention to detail and knowledge of safety protocols in operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in Distributed Control Systems in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
