We are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our growing team at Distribusion, a leading B2B mobility platform. Your responsibilities: - Gather, analyze and document product requirements from cross-functional teams - Translate business needs into technical solutions and manage the implementation with the engineering team - Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap - Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Ensure high-quality product releases and post-launch support Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a product manager in a technical environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in English and Portuguese (fluent) - Experience with SaaS products, travel/mobility industry, or B2B software a plus - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
