Role Description The Dispatch Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The role involves coordinating daily dispatch activities, including preparing invoices and delivery notes, scheduling shipments, and ensuring orders are packed, labeled, and dispatched on time. The Dispatch Executive will maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, verify quantities against order documents, and update dispatch logs and tracking systems. The role includes regular communication with production, warehouse, and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies and avoid delays. The Dispatch Executive will also monitor stock levels for dispatch-ready goods, support basic documentation for compliance, and assist in continuous improvement of dispatch processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in dispatch coordination, documentation handling, and basic inventory management.
- Candidates should possess skills in data entry, record-keeping, and use of spreadsheets or ERP/software tools for tracking orders and shipments.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination with internal departments and external logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving for managing multiple dispatches and resolving issues quickly.
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, or textile manufacturing operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, including familiarity with industrial safety and basic quality procedures.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
