Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Dispatcher role located in Noida. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. The role involves maintaining communication with drivers, monitoring shipment statuses, addressing any operational challenges promptly, and liaising with clients to provide updates and resolve issues. The position requires maintaining accurate records, collaborating with logistics teams, and contributing to streamlined operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in logistics management, including route planning, tracking, and shipment coordination.
- Problem-solving abilities to address operational issues and ensure seamless delivery execution.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems, GPS tools, or other relevant software is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related field is highly preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
