Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Dispatcher at Hawk Logistics. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling freight pickups and deliveries, communicating effectively with drivers and customers, and ensuring optimal route planning for efficiency. You will monitor transportation operations, maintain records for compliance with regulations, and address any logistics-related issues promptly. The role requires a high level of organization, effective problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Proven organizational skills for scheduling and route planning
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with drivers and customers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for handling logistics challenges
- Familiarity with transportation software and systems is a strong advantage

- Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation management are an asset
