Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in the Mohali district. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation activities, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods or services. The role includes monitoring transportation operations, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues relating to logistics and delivery. The Dispatcher will also be required to maintain accurate records, track shipments, Load booking and support the optimization of operational processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in scheduling, route planning, and logistics coordination
- Prior 1+ years of experience in USA Dispatch
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with drivers and team members
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with transportation management software and basic computer skills
- Adaptability, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns is preferred
