Position: Dispatch Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage day-to-day dispatch operations from our Greater Noida manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and E-Way Bills.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Ensure timely loading and on-time dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Sales teams to meet dispatch schedules.
- Maintain dispatch records and MIS using MS Excel.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and safety standards.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging company preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with E-Way Bills, invoices, transporter coordination, and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
