Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ratnagiri for a Dispatch Supervisor. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring dispatch procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, effectively communicating with drivers and customers, and resolving any issues that arise during the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage teams and oversee operations
• Experience in Dispatching and familiarity with transportation processes
• Oversee end-to-end dispatch and container loading operations
• Ensure correct labeling as per customer and country-specific requirements
• Verify export compliance standards (EU, USFDA, etc.)
• Supervise carton stacking and container stuffing for optimal space utilization and product safety
• Coordinate with production, QA, and documentation teams
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure traceability
• Monitor loading to avoid damages, mislabeling, or shortages 

🔹 Key Skills & Requirements:

✔ Strong knowledge of labeling standards & country-specific export requirements

✔ Experience in seafood varieties (Vannamei, Black Tiger, Cephalopods, Fish, etc.)

✔ Excellent observation and attention to detail

✔ Hands-on experience in container loading & carton stacking techniques

✔ Ability to handle multiple SKUs and export consignments

✔ Basic understanding of export documentation & compliance is an added advantage
