Urgent Hiring For Dispatch Operation Associate
Work Mode - Work from Home (Remote) US Shift
Working Days – 5
Experience - 1 to 2 Yrs of Exp in Dispatch Operations / Customer Handling with excellent communication
Industry – Travel Industry will be highly preferred
Skills – should be very strong in Advance Excel, MS Word, Excel and Outlook with the technical aptitude
Interview Mode – Assessment Test and virtual round
Salary – upto 5 LPA

Dispatch & Resource Utilization Dispatch engineers, inspectors, drivers to project sites
Daily using our dispatch application. Utilize all personnel and equipment in the most
Efficient manner. Manage scheduling, delivery, and pick-up appointments; prepare
Associated daily paperwork. Coordinating training, certifications, accesses, clearance
Checks for inspectors with the HR team Performing daily closeouts for schedules, and
Employee clock ins Coordinate vehicle/ fleet management, including driver logs, vehicle
Maintenance etc. Coordinate employee timesheets, reports and sign ins from the client
And assist HR with the timesheet process during payroll Customer Relations Review all
Possible loads to ensure we meet the customers' requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch engineers, inspectors, drivers to project sites daily using our dispatch
Application.
Utilize all personnel and equipment in the most efficient manner. Assist with
Scheduling, delivery, and pick-up appointments; prepare associated daily
Paperwork.
Assist with all dropped equipment at the customers and in our labs. Track
Equipment in dispatch applications.
Perform daily closeouts/ reconcile daily assignments. Meet with project managers
Weekly to discuss dispatching of employees to appropriate projects.
Provide a positive environment to enable the inspectors and our associates to reach
his/her daily goals.
Review timesheets process for payroll Review all possible leads to ensure we meet
the customers' requirements.
Communicate with customers/ clients and their representatives. Support our
commitment to our customers by working to meet and exceed their expectations.
Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook with the technical aptitude to
quickly learn our current dispatch platform and other applications.
Be able to operate in a busy office environment and able to direct the workflow of
inspectors and their movements and assisting in their needs
Have critical thinking skills in order to prioritize situations, analyze problems and
find a quick resolution.
Communicate with customers and their websites. Support our commitment to our
customers by working to meet and exceed their expectations
