Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dispatch Manager role based in Delhi. The Dispatch Manager will oversee daily dispatch operations, coordinate schedules, ensure timely delivery of products, and manage logistics to meet customer requirements efficiently. Responsibilities also include supervising the dispatch team, maintaining operational records, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and resolving customer inquiries related to shipments. The role will require close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to maintain seamless execution of orders and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams effectively
- Proficiency in Dispatching and Operations Management to ensure efficient workflows
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and resolve issues
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage schedules and operational challenges
- Familiarity with logistics and transport management is a plus
- Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
