Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Dispatch Manager to oversee and streamline our delivery operations in the Commissary. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru North, involves coordinating and managing daily dispatch activities, tracking deliveries, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Dispatch Manager will also liaise with kitchen staff, optimize delivery routes, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in logistics and dispatch coordination to oversee scheduling, route management, and on-time deliveries.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise team members and ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effectively managing relations with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and adapt to dynamic conditions.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational management field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management, logistics, or a related area is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology platforms used in dispatch management is advantageous.
