🚨 HIRING – Dispatch & Logistics Manager
📍 Location: Bhubaneswar
🏢 Company: HUMMA Dairy
HUMMA Dairy is looking for an experienced Dispatch & Logistics Manager to manage dairy dispatch, fleet operations, stock handling, and cold-chain logistics.
🔹 Experience Required:
1–2 years minimum in:
- Dispatch
- Logistics
- Fleet management
- Store / stock handling (FIFO)
- Cold chain operation
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch operations
- Vehicle & driver management
- Route planning & delivery monitoring
- Ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain cold-chain temperature
- Reverse logistics (crate collection)
- Stock handover & closing stock monitoring
- Dispatch quantity verification
- Emergency vehicle arrangement (SOS)
- Vehicle maintenance coordination
- Dispatch reporting & accountability
⚠️ Important:
This is a high-responsibility operational role.
Dispatch delays, stock mismatch, or operational lapses are not acceptable.
🕒 Shift:
Mostly night operations
💰 Gross Package:
₹3 – 4.5 LPA + Incentives + ESOP worth Rs 50 Lakhs
✅ Preference:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Dairy / FMCG / logistics background preferred
