Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Executive cum Merchandiser located in Agra. The successful candidate will handle the end-to-end process of merchandise dispatch, coordinate with suppliers and clients, manage inventory, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate with the sales team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves maintaining order records, addressing customer queries, and assisting in streamlining logistics and merchandising tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members.
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with a good understanding of managing orders and inventory.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing to support collaboration with the sales and promotional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in merchandising, retail, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
