Role Description

The Dispatch Executive will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating with the logistics team, managing inventory records, preparing dispatch schedules, supervising loading processes, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada.

Qualifications

• Logistics and Operations: Experience in inventory management, dispatch scheduling, and coordinating transportation logistics.
• Communication and Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing timelines, multi-tasking, and ensuring the efficiency of dispatch operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatch management systems and basic knowledge of MS Office for record-keeping and reporting.
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving: Strong attention to accuracy in inventory, documentation, and the ability to quickly resolve operational challenges.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
• Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the scaffolding, shuttering, or aluminum formwork industry is an added advantage.
