Job details:
Hands-on experience with EasyCom (EasyEcom).
Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and order fulfillment.
Experience handling returns, refunds, replacements, and claims.
Working knowledge of Amazon Flex operations.
Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Experience coordinating with courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, etc.
Knowledge of AWB generation, shipping labels, manifest creation, and shipment tracking.
Understanding of NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO management, and delivery escalations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management systems.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and meet dispatch timelines.
