1. What to do :
- To manage the all dispatch and logistic related issues in the company.
2. Job Description and Roles Responsibilities for Dispatch
· Dispatch materials as per dispatch intimation received from Execution Department
· Supervising preparation of packing list and parts material list
· Supervising team for checking manufacturing and spares items against S.O. to Dispatch
· Calculating vehicle size required as per dispatch items and get quotations from transporter
· Co-ordination with client for freight and material dispatch planning
· Supervise team for preparing final packing list
· Intimation to store department for hardware and final miscellaneous packing list with material
· Supervising loading of Vehicle after confirmation from transporter and client.
· Intimation to material department for making invoice, printing Operation Manual as per client requirement
· Supervise to ensure that Packing items are dispatched after checking
· Supervise team for follow up of transporter & client for material delivery / receipt
· Handle customer issues related to material dispatch
3. Key Performance Factors
· Good knowledge of material handling through Cranes and other equipment’s
· 3 – 4 Years’ Experience of handling dispatch / logistics.
· At least 1 – 2 Years exp of handling dispatch / logistics team
· Good MS Office skills & at least 2 years’ experience of operating ERP/ SAP.
· Must have knowledge of reading drawings of material on AUTOCAD
4. Qualifications
· Diploma/ BE(Mechanical) preferable / Any graduate
· Preferred relevant work experience 5 years or more
