Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Short Job Description:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate vehicle routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Supervise picking, packing, and safe loading of finished goods.
- Inspect vehicles, especially refrigerated trucks, to ensure cleanliness and correct temperature.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, and PODs.
- Track dispatched vehicles and communicate with drivers to handle delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate finished goods inventory.
- Manage transport vendors and monitor delivery performance and transportation costs.
