Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day order processing and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers and logistics software and should ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests.
- Update order status and tracking details in the system.
- Handle returns, replacements, and RTO coordination.
- Maintain proper records of dispatch, inventory movement, and shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and accounts teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch to meet delivery SLAs.
Requirements
- Basic to good knowledge of computers and day-to-day software usage.
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Experience with logistics platforms such as Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc., will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations preferred (Freshers with relevant skills may apply).
