About the Role:
Bio+ is looking for a motivated Dispatch and Delivery Coordinator to manage and streamline our dispatch operations. If you're someone with hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, and delivery planning, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods to customers and dealers.
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory, prepare dispatch schedules, and maintain records.
- Handle shipping documentation and compliance for both local and interstate dispatches.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to meet delivery timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for dispatch and inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
