- Peptide synthesis and development, including greenfield project implementation for the India site
- Project transfer activities from CGAM to India site and China site
- Compliance risk assessments for Indian and China manufacturing plants
- AI implementation and system integrations across operational functions in India
- Other routine operational and continuous improvement programmes, as assigned
- Merger & Acquisition initiatives, including implementation strategy, coordination, and execution support
