Job Duties:
Define and manage project design scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards. Provide technical guidance to design teams during planning and execution. Coordinate, organize, and track design packages to ensure accuracy and adherence to schedules. Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs), review submissions, and assist in evaluating consultants and vendors. Serve as liaison between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to align design solutions with operational needs. Monitor design-related budgets and schedules and track project progress. Review architectural, interior, and landscape design documentation to ensure consistency with project specifications.
- Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted), plus five (5) years of experience in project or design coordination in construction, architectural, or real estate development environments. - Experience must include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing design schedules and documentation, and supporting construction administration activities.

Ability to communicate in Spanish and English to coordinate with local consultants, contractors, vendors, and governmental agencies.
