We Are Currently Hiring For The Following Schedule

• 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM MDT (UT)
  
  

Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday with weekends as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for providing support for new employees and assisting the Team Leader in directing the workflow of the unit, as well as performing duties of the standard senior operators.
• Works in conjunction with the Team Leader with training, coaching and development of employees to maintain a high level of quality and expertise of operations within the team.
• Provides input to the Team Leader in administrative functions such as performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Makes recommendations for changes to systems, training, policies or procedures that will simplify process, reduce defects and/or improve customer service.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  
  

How You'll Do It

• Provides support to the Team Leader in overseeing the unit (planning daily work schedules with adequate staff for effective performance of activities, assigning duties throughout the shift, and ensuring steady workflow to achieve Service Level commitments).
• Examines supply, job instructions, and product (before, during and after production runs) to verify conformance to quality standards and business requirements.
• Records, tracks and prepares reporting of daily job functions, production, and specific measurements to ensure daily performance.
• Collaborates with operators and management to solve work-related problems, observes equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected.
• Performs standard and/or more complex job functions at the senior operator level position, primarily as backup as a result of absences, vacations etc.
• Provides the Team Leader with input regarding performance reviews and disciplinary action.
  
  

Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2+ years Operations, Production, Coaching, or related experience
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift Certification Upon Hire

Compensation

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $19.52 to $27.40. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
