Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Discord Infrastructure Engineer. The role involves managing and optimizing the infrastructure supporting Discord integrations, ensuring uninterrupted operations, and addressing technical challenges through effective troubleshooting. Responsibilities include maintaining system administration, enhancing network security, and developing scalable solutions to support the growing needs of the company and its clients.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues
- Proficiency in infrastructure management and system administration
- Knowledge of networking concepts and practices, including network security
- Experience with managing and configuring scalable and robust systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Discord platforms or similar technologies is beneficial
