Role Description
The Disbursement Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end disbursement process of loans and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include verifying loan documentation, coordinating with relevant teams for approvals, and ensuring timely processing and disbursement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and responding to customer queries related to disbursements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridkot, requiring strong collaboration with local team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of loan disbursement procedures, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in data management, record-keeping, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage deadlines
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers and internal teams
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment
