Role Overview
The Technical Delivery Director will lead delivery across client, single-tenant, and multi-tenant environments.
The ideal candidate possesses the technical depth required to explain platform architecture and deployment methodologies to Enterprise Architects and CISOs.They should have extensive experience delivering cloud projects, preferably within banking or other highly regulated sectors.
The successful candidate likely began their career in a technical role, progressed to seniority, and eventually transitioned into a business-focused leadership position, ideally within a large IT services firm.

- Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud systems is essential.
- Experience: 15+ years of professional experience.
- Presence: Exceptional communication skills and a commanding professional presence.
- Versatility: The maturity to engage with C-suite clients and the technical "street cred" to earn the respect of the core engineering team.
Here’s What Your Day Would Look Like...
- Gain a deep understanding of the existing platform, products, architecture, various deployment models, industry direction, and product roadmap.
- Active participation in client workshops along with Presales and the PMO team; serve as the single point of contact for them from a technology delivery and execution perspective.
- Walkthrough our architecture and understand the scope of change required for client-specific changes.
- Implement client-specific customer journeys.
- Manage stakeholders and negotiate with them on viable plans and scopes for deployment. Provide high-level sizing based upon client-specific requirements. Foresee challenges and plan for them with the PMO who track the plan.
- Own the standard infrastructure, architecture, and DevOps blueprint. Work with platform, product, and engineering to keep it updated.
- Run the delivery show—own the health of programs across product, tech, infra, QA, and business for client deliveries.
- Partner with senior leadership to align delivery with business priorities, product strategy, and customer needs.
- Drive visibility and accountability—clearly cut through the noise.
- Solve complex delivery puzzles—handle escalations, unblock teams, and guide programs across the finish line (and overit). Continuously improve everything—how we estimate,track, collaborate, and celebrate delivery.
