About Quick Heal Technologies & Seqrite
Quick Heal Technologies is India's homegrown cybersecurity powerhouse, blending a 30-year legacy with bold innovation across enterprise and consumer markets. A publicly listed company with INR 400 Cr in revenue, we are pioneering the future of secure digital infrastructure from our R&D base in Pune.
Through our consumer brand Quick Heal and enterprise brand Seqrite, we are building category-leading cybersecurity, data privacy, AI and digital trust solutions for organizations worldwide. As we enter our next phase of growth, our Strategy Office will continue to drive innovation, business transformation, and execution excellence by aligning Vision → Strategy →Execution →Performance →Growth, ensuring focused priorities and measurable outcomes.
We are looking for a founder-minded leader who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution. Someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing senior leaders, driving transformation and helping build the next chapter of a global technology company.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Corporate Strategy role.
As Director - Strategy, you will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape the company’s future direction and ensure that strategy translates into measurable business outcomes.
You will help identify where the company should play, what capabilities it must build, which opportunities deserve investment, and which initiatives should be accelerated, redesigned or stopped. You will bring clarity to complex situations, challenge assumptions with data and insight, and help leadership make better strategic decisions faster.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, transformation, execution, performance management and organizational effectiveness. You will work across business units, functions and leadership teams to align priorities, drive focus and ensure that the organization's most important initiatives receive disproportionate attention and resources.
You will not be measured by the number of presentations you create, but by your ability to convert ideas into action, action into outcomes and outcomes into enterprise value.
This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, commercially sharp, highly analytical and deeply execution oriented. Someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, connecting dots across functions, influencing senior leaders and creating impact at enterprise scale rather than within a single department.
What You Will Own
- Partner with the CEO to define, refine and communicate the company's strategic priorities.
- Convert strategic goals into executable initiatives with clear ownership, milestones and outcomes.
- Drive organisation-wide transformation programs involving multiple business functions.
- Lead monthly strategy reviews and quarterly portfolio reviews to ensure focus, accountability and execution discipline.
- Establish KPI architecture, executive dashboards and decision-support systems.
- Drive resource allocation, prioritization and ROI-based decision making across strategic initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence and scenario planning.
- Build the operating rhythm that connects strategy, execution, performance and business outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic narratives.
- Help develop organizational capabilities, operating models and leadership effectiveness.
- Act as an extension of the CEO for strategic initiatives and special projects.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Business Operations, P&L Leadership or Founder’s Office roles.
- Strong ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Proven experience translating leadership vision into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
- Experience driving cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, financial drivers and value creation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- High ownership, bias for action and ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort working directly with founders, CXOs and business leaders.
- Passion for building systems, processes and capabilities from the ground up.
Ideal Background
- McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy or similar firms.
- Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Business Operations or Chief of Staff roles.
- High-growth technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or product companies.
- Former founders, operators or business leaders with strong strategy credentials.
- Experience working closely with CEOs, founders or board-level stakeholders.
Success Looks Like
- Strategy translates into execution with visible business outcomes.
- The organization focuses on a few critical priorities rather than too many initiatives.
- Leaders have clarity on ownership, accountability and success metrics.
- Decisions are driven by insights, data and disciplined resource allocation.
- Transformation programs deliver measurable impact on growth, productivity and profitability.
- The Strategy Office becomes the enterprise engine connecting vision, execution and performance.
- Quick Heal and Seqrite strengthen their position as globally respected cybersecurity and digital trust brands.
Why Join?
- This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the CEO of Quick Heal Technologies and help shape the next phase of growth for one of India's most recognized cybersecurity companies. If you enjoy solving enterprise-scale challenges, influencing strategy, driving transformation and creating disproportionate business impact, this role offers a unique platform to build, lead and leave a lasting legacy.
