Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and visionary
Partner Sales Leader to join our
India Commercial Leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all partnering aspects for Iron Mountain India, including sell-through, resell, and co-sell models. Your primary objective is to scale the India partnering business to
$40 million by 2027 through ecosystem development and strategic execution.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial. You will join a high-energy, growth-oriented team dedicated to shaping Iron Mountain’s expanding footprint and success story across the India market.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Responsibility 1: Lead the national partnering function by designing and implementing an India-specific tiered partner program and distributor network to onboard Global Systems Integrators , National and Regional System Integrators , and Independent Software Vendors .
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to create and execute strategic Go-To-Market plans that align with global frameworks while driving $40 million in revenue growth by 2027.
- Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks while hiring, leading, and developing a high-performing team of Partner Managers to execute the national strategy.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive years of experience in partner sales management and ecosystem building within the India market, with a proven track record of managing complex partner networks.
- Strong knowledge of the technology partner landscape, including deep expertise in Global Systems Integrators , Independent Software Vendors , and distributor models.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization, demonstrating elite stakeholder management and the ability to lead senior-level sales teams.
- A strategic mindset with the capacity to design impactful Go-To-Market strategies and drive successful, large-scale business outcomes.
